Delete Account

Hostel Manager allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data through a verified email request process.

How to request account deletion

  1. 1. Send an email request to contact@shoverhub.com.
  2. 2. Use the email address that is registered with your Hostel Manager account.
  3. 3. In the email subject, write: Delete my Hostel Manager account.

Once we receive your request, we will verify the account and permanently delete your account and associated data from our systems.

Deletion details

What data will be deleted

  • - User account information
  • - Login credentials
  • - Tenant management data associated with the account
  • - Payment records stored in the application

Data retention

Some minimal data may be retained temporarily for legal, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping purposes where required by applicable laws. All other personal data will be deleted from our systems within 7 days.
